CEO & Founder
For nearly 25 years, I’ve operated at the intersection of engineering, architecture, business strategy, and mission transformation—17 of those years inside federal agencies where the stakes are national and the impact is generational. Watching the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs evolve has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. As these agencies transformed, so did I.
I learned to blend foundational engineering principles with modern enterprise architecture, business analysis, and strategic decision frameworks to create clarity, momentum, and measurable business value. Technology alone doesn’t transform an enterprise—technology, engineering discipline, and business strategy must move in lockstep. That philosophy shaped every initiative I led: strategic EA roadmaps that informed investment decisions, Zero Trust adoption that strengthened enterprise risk posture, cloud migration that unlocked scalability, and defense‑in‑depth strategies that protected mission‑critical operations. These efforts helped enable the world’s largest EHR deployment at DoD and supported VA’s continued modernization journey.
Across every engagement, one truth has remained constant: high performance isn’t a goal—it’s a habit practiced through millions of disciplined, business‑aligned decisions—powered by teams who genuinely care. Engineering provides the foundation, technology provides the acceleration, and business strategy provides the direction. But passion is what fuels the journey, and care is what sustains it.
That combination—discipline, alignment, passion, and care—is the heart of the iFyre way.
Yours Truly,
Rakhi
